Our Approach

Rocky Mountain Cultures seeks to develop and promote great-tasting healthier beverage options.  Our philosophy is to cultivate business relationships so we can continue to grow together.  We, like our products, are Authentic. We are committed to excellence.  We stand behind our products, always!

Our Story

Rocky Mountain Cultures started in 2005 as a Kombucha Brand, High Country Kombucha.  We saw the benefits of Kombucha reach many new consumers, and we saw the need for it to be expanded, more than just one brand could do.  We started Co-packing . . . And we haven't looked back since!

Meet the Team

We are a culture of great people!  Individuals.  Each with strengths and weaknesses that play well with the rest of the team.   We have a united sense of purpose, our whole is greater than the sum of its parts, we work together to achieve goals!

Edward Rothbauer

President & CEO

Ed brewed the tea in the early 90′s after learning of its healing properties and in an effort to help his recovery from paralysis after an accidental fall from a roof. The two friends (Ed & Steve) proceeded to brew unique Kombucha blends that soon gained popularity with friends, family, local community members and now drinkers across the country and thus High Country Kombucha was born.  Ed is our Board President as well as a board member of KBI.
