Ten years ago Javier joined High Country Cultures brewing tea. Today he’s the heart and soul of our organization and serves as our Plant Manager, where he’s transformed our staff into an efficient, loyal, and highly-productive team. He’s the quintessential family man and proud father of two amazing children. When Javi is not at the factory you can often find him on the trail or atop one of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks.
