In an effort to aid his recovery from paralysis due to an accidental fall from a roof, Ed began brewing Kombucha in the early 1990’s after Steve Dickman taught him about its healing properties. The two friends went on to brew unique Kombucha blends that soon gained popularity with friends, family, and local community members, ultimately giving birth to High Country Kombucha. Today, fans across the country enjoy the fruits of their labor with everything Rocky Mountain Cultures creates. Ed is our Board President and a board member of Kombucha Brewers International.
